President's Message

As President of the Mountain View Police Officers' Association, and on behalf of our entire membership, we would like to thank you for your ongoing support.

Our association is comprised of the officers, sergeants, community services officers, records personnel, and many other vital employees of the Mountain View Police Department.

The men and women of our association are as diverse as the community in which we work. Our members come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds including business leaders, cancer researchers, information technology executives, distinguished military careers, attorneys and many others. We are proud to serve this wonderfully vibrant and flourishing community. In our everyday contacts with the community, we strive to treat community members as we would expect members of our own family to be treated.

We want to see our business community and neighborhoods thrive, while continually developing healthy relationships within the City of Mountain View. We know that one way to accomplish this is by having a highly motivated, well trained and properly staffed police department to serve our world class city with its many charms.

We hope the members of the Mountain View Police Officers' Association, and of our fine community, find this website helpful and informative. We would like this website to serve as a tool to facilitate an effective means of communication between our valued members and the community we serve.
